Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor

Responsibilities :
- To lead, control and ensure sales-in and sales-out of respective branches by working together with distributors.
- To ensure smooth implementation of all activities, such as consumer promos, branding, etc in respective branches
- To control and optimize A&P spending to support sales achievement of respective areas.
Requirements :
- S1 degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and distribution, preferably from reputable FMCG company.
- Understand teritory management.
- Good Communication Skill, Good Leadership Skill, Good Presentation Skill, Good Negotiation Skill, Good Analytical Thinking.
- Able To Work Individually And As a Team. Able To Operate Computer (word,excel,ppt).
- Able To Work Under Pressure. Result Oriented, Honest And Passionate.
