Administration Staff (Contract Based)
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Business Intelligence Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Manager and/or EVP Head of Business Analytics & Strategy to establish the Group level framework. Recommend guidelines towards achievement of its visions, missions and objectives. Identify risk and business impact related to departmental activities.
  • Analyze bank’s results, market data and trends and assist with the writing of publications and broader commercial banking material.
  • Liaise with Finance Data Centre & Business Channels on monthly and/ quarterly basis to coproduce business performance report for Board of Directors and Commissioners respectively.
  • Assist to produce an annual in-depth analysis at provincial, city and municipal level to provide business acumen and establish a strategic platform for PTBC retail network planning. This formed an integrated part of Retail Business Banking business decision/solution.
  • Assist to produce a monthly and/ quarterly basis branches’ performance review.
  • Assist Senior Management to produce executive presentations to be presented to extended audience.
  • Assist to produced Indonesia’s Commercial Banking Update and Competitors’ Performance Report to evaluate existing environment and provide commercial banking business acumen
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree required with stated academic achievement from reputable university (minimum required GPA: 3.0), preferably with major in Finance, Economics or Business is preferred. MBA is a plus.
  • Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English. Minimum overall equivalent:
    • TOEFL Paper 550 – 587
    • TOEFL CBT 213 – 240
    • TOEFL IBT 79 – 95
    • IELTS 6.5 – 7.0
  • Exceptional documentation management, communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in the financial & banking industry.
  • Possess structural & critical thinking, proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details.
  • Demonstrate high service & positive attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Strong individual who is eager to contribute team oriented environment.
  • Previous experience within the same industry (1 year) is a plus.
Learning and Development Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • The Learning and Development Officer is responsible to assist the Learning and Development Manager to manage the learning and development process in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization.
  • The Learning and Development Officer have the level of responsibility and variety of work activities which are likely to include all of which related to employee training data record, mandatory training certification process, manage and monitor the application of regulatory training mandatory, provide the regular training data report and making sure all the training program scheduled will run with properly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management or Communication from reputable university
  • Having minimum of 1 year experience in HR Training area

  • Having experience in planning, organising and administering staff development and training activities, including procurement of training services
  • Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
