We are currently seeking:

Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Provide project engineering input/output, as required, in the bid stage regarding design and engineering scheduling.
  • Assure final scope is defined at start of engineering and all disciplines have access to appropriate scope documents.
  • Conduct project engineers review meetings to confirm the work was done properly and assist project engineer in resolving any technical aspect problem.
  • Review contract documents for the technical aspects
  • Manage distribution of contract documents to Engineering supporting group and related departments and maintain “Quality Records” of contract documents.
  • Establish and control schedule for contractual engineering commitments, evaluate status, control the engineering change process, advising Project Manager of potential deviations and institute corrective action and necessary modifications due to changes in the scope or design for performance, quality or cost reasons.
  • Responding and clarification to vendor’s and/or Customer’s complaint regarding to the technical aspects and workspace.
  • Ensuring all engineering phases is timely, cost effective and contractually compliant.
  • Manage corrective actions and Non Conformance Record (NCR) for assuring engineering documents, engineering requisitions, and product conform to quality assurance/control requirements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial from reputable University
  • Has experience in the related field is required
  • Understand the overall steam generator power plant design
  • Able to use word processing, spreadsheet and Project Management application
Performance Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze technical specifications especially on specific instruction for design requirement and criteria.
  • Perform Boiler Island’s Heat & Mass Balance calculation to determine the steam / water condition and configuration to meet Customer requirement.
  • Perform Boiler Thermal calculation to determine the suitable boiler type, heating surface area required, estimate boiler efficiency, pressure parts and non pressure parts material selections by utilizing Customer specifications, design standards, engineering design tools (computer programs) and/or other data.
  • Perform Boiler’s Auxiliary Equipment selection such as Burner, Deaerator, Pumps, Force Draft Fan, Valves, and Instrumentation.
  • Perform International Code calculation (i.e: ASME) to verify the pressure parts material selection.
  • Develop P&ID and Control System configuration suitable to the boiler designed.
  • Incorporate quality, safety, manufacturing, cost, material availability, erection, installation, and transportation limitation into the design process.
  • Review design output prior submittal to external customer for design compliance to design standards.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Marine from reputable university
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Strong technical knowledge of product line especially in steam power plant product
  • Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database and engineering programs applications.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa
  • Keen to travel in Indonesia area or overseas
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze technical specifications especially on specific instruction for design requirement and criteria.
  • Determine Mechanical Design Parameters required for the design as per Customer requirement and/or agreed International Codes.
  • Perform Pressure Parts Calculation of the product to ensure that the selected material is suitable, within allowable stress limit and in accordance to the Customer specification.
  • Perform Steel Structure Analysis to ensure that the product is withstand with any conditions specify in the design.
  • Perform Pipe Stress Analysis to ensure the pipes are routed within allowable stress limit.
  • Perform proper Pipe Support selections suitable with the product designed.
  • Incorporate quality, safety, manufacturing, cost, material availability, erection, installation, and transportation limitation into the design process.
  • Review design output prior submittal to external customer for design compliance to design standards.
  • Participate in various internal and external meetings to present mechanical design aspect in technical meetings for Company’s position.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Having technical knowledge of product line, especially in steam power plant.
  • Good understanding in mechanical design concept and technical drawing.
  • Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database and engineering programs applications.
  • Having knowledge in project management
  • Proficient in English and Indonesia
  • Keen to Travel local or Overseas
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
