Senior Consultant Healthcare (position code: SCH) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing the budgets and account teams on sizable pieces of business. The incumbent has agency-wide responsibility for account profitability, new business solicitation and quality of account service and employee development. He or she will supervise an account team to provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients, which includes directing the clients’ programs, providing strategic counseling, growing the existing accounts, developing new business.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Have between three to five years of experience in in-house communication or with a consultancy in the area of pharmaceutical and healthcare communications.

Healthcare Manager (position code: HCM) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• The Manager is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of an account team or group as it relates to client service, new business development, staffing/personnel issues, staff training and, organizational development, and quality control. The incumbent will work to thoroughly understand company’s various consulting processes/approaches and global capabilities, be able to demonstrate the value of these offerings to clients, and lead all aspects of their planning and execution. He or she also will lead and /or contribute to the winning of new client business.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Have at least 2 - 7 years of related experience in the agency or corporate communication arena, coupled with a broad understanding of all facets of public relation and communication in healthcare practice area.
• Strong understanding of policy development and issues, as well as have a solid network of contacts within relevant government bodies such as MoH and BPOM
• Experience in health-related issues and crisis management work (e.g. adverse events, product recalls)
• Experience and/or strong understanding in digital health communications

Junior Programmer (position code: JP) - Jakarta

• The Junior Programmer assists with designing, developing, and handling technical execution of Web-based applications/projects in multiple platforms (web, mobile, Facebook, twitter, etc.) to achieve clients’ requirements in collaboration with creative and project management teams. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to completion on time and on budget
• Accurately estimate expenses and time allotment for tasks
• Listen to users/clients to gather requirements for new applications or modifications
• Maintain issues list for each application
• Test new applications or modifications to existing applications thoroughly
• Manage multiple projects so that deadlines are properly set and met
• Troubleshoot application problems in a timely manner
• Communicate progress of troubleshooting efforts back to Help Desk, users, or clients
• Communicate to supervisor regarding progress on tasks and projects
• Contribute to technical and creative ideas and solutions during the web site planning phase
• Consult server administrators on web sites if necessary

Requirements:

• D3/S1 in computer science / information technology from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 year experience in web/application development
• Strong knowledge and experience with PHP, Code Igniter, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, Flash Java Script
• Have strong orientation for detail and a creative problem solver
• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize appropriately
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well under pressure
• Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
